Description of Course:
The subject of learning and thinking skills to prepare the learner in order to
take the responsibility of his/ her learning and the use of his mental
abilitiesto learn better. As it is considered, with its both sections: practical
and theoreticalas a step towards investingthe power of intellectual and
technical power of the learner in order to develop the key aspects of his
thinking, and strengthening the practice in his daily and career life by using
new methods based on the diverse and effective training. In addition to, this
subject contributesin developingthe skills of decision-making,depending onthe
strategies of the critical thinking strategies, as well as learning and
applyingthe simplified aspects of the creative thinking.
Objectives of the course:
General objective:
The main aim is to developthe skills of thinking and learning and building the
interactive learner who is capable of taking responsibility ofhis learning.
Detailed objectives:
1- Searchingfor
the information and obtaining it through using the electronic means.
2- Making the
decision and ability to solve the problems based on some scientific basics.
3- The main
scientific processes as the estimation, measurement, guessing and predicting.
4- The critical
thinking, imagination and creativity.
5- Making
discussion, dialogue and acceptance of the other

and experimentation in the learning.
7- The
self-confidence and positivity.
8- Planning,
organizing and a necessity of patience in achieving the goals.

initiative and takingthe learner to the responsibility of his learning.
